These Terms of Service apply to EchoCrew, an early-stage app for private family and close-circle coordination.
Early Access And Testing
EchoCrew may be offered during early access, beta, or testing periods. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the app is improved.
The app is provided as-is during early access and testing, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in information secure. Use accurate account information and only invite people you trust into your family or crew spaces.
Acceptable Use
Do not use EchoCrew to break the law, harm others, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload content that you do not have the right to share.
Your Content
You remain responsible for the information you add to EchoCrew. By adding content, you allow EchoCrew to process it as needed to provide the app to you and your invited crew members.
Availability
EchoCrew may not always be available, especially during testing, maintenance, or product changes. Important family coordination should not rely on EchoCrew as the only source of truth.
Changes
These terms may be updated as EchoCrew evolves. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
